Safety isn't a feature. It's the foundation.
Real help means real people meeting in the real world. Aure is built so both sides arrive knowing someone is watching over them — before, during, and after every single engagement.
We built safety as infrastructure — not an afterthought.
In this sector, one incident can end everything. Other platforms added real safety only after something went wrong — a tragedy, a data breach, a regulator's fine. Aure started the other way around. Safety came first, and everything else is built on top of it.
In a trust economy, safety compounds.
Every safe engagement builds a record.
Every record makes the network harder to displace.
Help happens in the real world. So do its risks.
We don't pretend in-person help is risk-free. We name what can go wrong — for Members and Helpers alike — and we build for it.
Fake Helper identity
Someone pretending to be a verified Helper to get to your door or your details.
Location exploitation
Your home or whereabouts misused once you've shared where you are.
Theft or physical harm
The real-world danger of letting a stranger into your space.
Financial fraud
Pressure to pay outside Aure, or for help that was never really done.
Lure trap or ambush
A request that's really a setup to get a Helper somewhere unsafe.
False payment dispute
A claim that completed help never happened, putting your earnings at risk.
Harassment
Unwanted contact or requests that cross the line during an engagement.
Exposure
The added vulnerability of meeting strangers — especially for women Helpers.
One system — active before, during, and after every engagement.
Not a feature list. A single system that works in four moves, so safety is never something you have to remember to turn on.
Shield
Prevent harm before an engagement even starts — verified identities, clear terms, and money held safely from the first moment.
Alert
Detect threats in real time, mid-engagement, with check-ins and silent signals that work even when no one can speak.
Forensics
Record and preserve evidence as it happens, so both Members and Helpers are protected if anything is ever in question.
Escalate
Reach the people who can act — a human safety team, the right authorities, and trusted companions — fast.
Five layers. Both sides protected.
Every layer runs quietly in the background of in-person help, so the moment something feels off, the system is already there.
Companion Mode
Physical engagements can auto-notify the trusted companions you choose. Regular check-ins confirm you're okay — and a missed one escalates on its own, with your location known to Aure.
Emergency trigger
One press, silent or loud. Aurex sends a clear voice briefing to your companions, our Safety team, and the nearest authorities — with names, location, and profiles, so help arrives knowing the full picture.
Silent safe word
Set a secret phrase when you join. Spoken or typed to Aurex mid-engagement, it triggers a silent alert. The other party sees nothing at all.
“I don't feel safe”
Not every worry is an emergency. Flag it for a timestamped, fee-free exit — the other party isn't notified, a human reviews it within the hour, and repeated flags against someone restrict them.
Evidence buffer
Every physical engagement preserves its location history, messages, timestamps, and proof records — kept securely and released only to the authorities on request.
How to give help — and stay safe doing it.
The safest Helpers build good habits. A few simple ones keep almost every engagement smooth, for you and the Member both.
Meet in the open first
Start somewhere public and visible — at the gate, a shop entrance, a building lobby — before going anywhere private. A first hello in plain sight sets the tone for everything that follows.
Establish a presence before you enter
If you'll need to go inside, make yourself known first. Buy something from a shop across the street, greet a neighbour, let someone see you arrive — so your presence is on the record before any door closes behind you.
Keep everything inside Aure
Chat, calls, payment, and updates all stay in Aure, so there's always a record. If anyone pushes to move it off Aure or pay another way, treat that as a red flag and decline.
Turn Companion Mode on
Share your live status with a trusted companion and keep your check-ins going. It takes seconds, and it means someone always knows where you are.
Confirm the price in plain sight
For buy-and-bring help, agree and confirm the amount in the open before you commit, and keep your receipts. Clear money, clearly recorded, protects you from any dispute later.
Trust your instinct — exit is always free
If something feels wrong, use “I don't feel safe” or your safe word straight away. Stepping out of an engagement is always free and never counts against you. Your safety is worth more than any single request.
Favour daylight and familiar ground
Where you can, choose well-lit, known areas and reasonable hours, and tell someone your plan. The more ordinary and visible the setting, the safer it tends to be.
If something feels wrong, we're on it.
Most help on Aure ends with a thank-you. But if anything ever feels off, you're never on your own.
Pause the engagement
Flag it right from the request screen. Your money stays held safely while we look into it — it can't move without your confirmation.
Reach a human
Our trust & safety team reviews every report. You'll hear from a person, not an autoresponder.
We make it right
If the help wasn't done as agreed, your money comes back to you. If someone breaks the standards, they lose access to the network.
Help is one sentence away.
Get Aure, say what you need, and let someone nearby take it from here.
