How do I ask for help?

Open Aure and say what you need in your own words — like "Buy paracetamol from a pharmacy near Yaba and bring it to me." Aurex, Aure's voice agent, turns it into a clear request and reaches verified Helpers around you. You can type too, but speaking is faster.

What does it cost?

You decide. Set a fixed price you're happy with, or let Helpers nearby send offers and pick one. The full amount — including Aure's small service fee — is shown before you fund anything.

When does my money actually move?

Your money is held safely by Aure from the moment you fund a request. It's released to the Helper only after you see proof and confirm the help is done. No proof, no payout.

Who are the Helpers? Can I trust them?

Every Helper passes five verification steps — phone, liveness, government ID, address, and review — before they can respond to anyone. You see their trust level, distance, and history of completed help before you accept.

What if the help isn't done properly?

Don't confirm. Your money stays held safely. Flag the request, and our trust & safety team will review the proof and make it right — including returning your money if the help wasn't done as agreed.

Can I cancel a request?

Yes — before a Helper accepts, instantly and free. After acceptance, cancellation depends on how far along the help is; Aure keeps it fair for both sides.

What can I ask for?

Six categories: Buy & Bring, Visit & Report, Errands, Transport, Home Service, and Wellness. If it's legal, safe, and nearby, there's probably a Helper for it.

Is Aure available in my city?

How do I become a Helper?

Everyone on Aure can be one — there's a single account with two roles. Complete the five verification steps (phone, liveness, government ID, address, review) and you can start responding to requests near you.

When do I get paid?

The Member's money is already held safely before you start. Share your proof as you go, and the moment the Member confirms, the money is released to you.

What if a Member doesn't confirm?

If you've shared clear proof and the Member goes quiet, Aure's trust & safety team steps in, reviews the proof, and releases what's fairly yours. Honest Helpers don't lose out.

Can I decline requests?

Always. You see the request, the distance, and the price before you accept. Skip anything that doesn't work for you — no penalty.

How does my trust level grow?

Through real, completed help. Show up, share proof, communicate kindly — your reputation is built from what you actually do, and it's visible on every offer you send.

Do I need special equipment or a vehicle?

Only for what you choose to do. Errands need your time; Transport needs a way to move; Home Service needs your skills. You pick the categories that fit your life.

Can I help and ask for help with the same account?

Yes — that's the point. One profile, one reputation, both directions. Earn on your free days, ask on your busy ones.

What gets a Helper removed from the network?

Breaking the standards: dishonest proof, taking payments outside Aure, unkind conduct, or privacy violations. The standards protect you too — they're what make the network worth being part of.

Share honest proof

Photos and updates are the network's handshake. Real proof, every time, from everyone.

Respect privacy

Addresses, names, and details of any request stay inside Aure. What you learn while helping isn't yours to share.

Keep money inside Aure

That's what keeps it held safely and everyone protected. Payments outside the network can't be backed by proof — or by us.
