Privacy policy

Your trust is the whole point of Aure — and that includes trusting us with your information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you keep.

1. What we collect

We collect what's needed to make help safe and nothing more.

  • Account details: name, phone number, email
  • Verification data: liveness checks, government ID, and address (for Helpers)
  • Voice requests: what you say to Aurex, so it can shape your request
  • Location: to connect you with Helpers and requests genuinely nearby
  • Request history: what was asked, the proof shared, and confirmations

2. How we use it

Your information powers exactly three things: connecting you with verified people nearby, keeping money held safely until help is confirmed, and resolving any disputes with evidence rather than argument.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

3. Voice and Aurex

When you speak to Aurex, your words are processed to create your request. Voice recordings are kept only as long as needed to improve how well Aurex understands everyday language, and you can ask for yours to be deleted.

4. What others see

Members and Helpers see what trust requires: first names, trust levels, distances, and reputations built from completed help. Exact addresses are shared only when a request needs them, and only with the person helping.

5. Retention and your rights

We keep verification and request records for as long as the law and everyone's safety require, then delete them. You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for deletion at any time by writing to privacy@aure.help.
